Rinette has been working with India Alternatives since November 2010. She has since been promoted three times. In her current role, she oversees the overall functioning of office administration, managing key vendor relationships, working with the outsourced accounting firm, managing the audit process, and facilitating the Board meetings and AGM at the AMC. Rinette also provides support in operations and investor reporting at the Fund Level.
She is actively engaged in organising the Investor Conferences which have received exceptional feedback from our investor ecosystem. She is also responsible for supervising events at the AMC including networking engagements as well as organising team offsites.
Prior to joining India Alternatives, she worked with Thomson Reuters and Ryan International Group of Institutions in the administration role.
Rinette has completed her Bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Andrew’s College in Mumbai.
Outside work, Rinette enjoys shopping and staying active through Zumba.
