Sheersha joined India Alternatives in 2026 and plays an active role in investments and portfolio management.

Prior to this, she worked as an Analyst at TresVista, where she gained hands-on experience on cross border M&A transactions.

Sheersha holds an MBA from MDI Gurgaon with a specialisation in Finance and Strategy, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics from Symbiosis School of Economics (SSE), Pune.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, reading, painting, and the performing arts. She is also passionate about volunteering and loves discovering new food experiences.
